About the event:

The Marching Showband Classic is an annual event hosted by the Red Deer Community Band Society. Previously known as "The Festival of Champions", the Marching Showband Classic showcases the musical and athletic talent of Alberta's youth. Hosting bands from all around Alberta, this event is a day for Central Alberta to enjoy world-class entertainment. 

The Classic is open to the general public - there will be a 50/50 and raffle items. Come enjoy an afternoon of World Class Family entertainment! This invitation is for you, your family members, friends, and colleagues.

Performing bands include the Calgary Stampede Showband, Calgary Stetson Showband, Sound of the Rockies Marching Band, Calgary Round-Up Band and the Red Deer Royals.
